The GCC Workplace Innovation Summit & Awards 2026 in Bengaluru brought together 550+ Global Capability Centres, IT Secretaries from leading states, industry leaders, and ecosystem partners. Representing the Government of Kerala, Shri Sambasiva IAS, Special Secretary (Electronics & IT), delivered the Special Address at the inaugural session, participated in the inter-state leadership dialogue "From Investment Destination to Innovation Ecosystem" alongside the IT Secretaries of Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat, and joined an exclusive closed-door roundtable with GCC leaders on shaping India's next GCC destinations. Kerala was not just part of the conversation - we were there to shape it. The summit provided a strategic platform to engage with 550+ GCCs, showcase Kerala's evolving technology ecosystem, gather industry insights for the State's GCC strategy, and build relationships with enterprises planning their next phase of growth in India. As Kerala accelerates its GCC vision, these engagements reinforce our commitment to building a globally competitive, innovation-driven ecosystem backed by strong policy support, world-class talent, and future-ready infrastructure. Kerala is ready to power the next wave of Global Capability Centres.
