Sulaiman, Chairman, HiLITE Group; Shri Ajil Muhammed, Group CEO, HiLITE Group; Shri Shafeeq P., CEO, HiLITE Properties; Shri Madhavan Praveen, CTO, Technopark; Shri Vipin Kumar, CFO, Technopark; Shri Vasanth Varada, Deputy Vice President (Marketing & Customer Relationship), Technopark, along with other distinguished guests and leaders from HiLITE Group's various business verticals. Developed by HiLITE Group in collaboration with the globally renowned YOO brand and the International Workplace Group (IWG), the ₹300-crore project will deliver 5.37 lakh sq. ft. of premium Grade-A IT space, create approximately 5,000 direct jobs, and further strengthen Kerala's position as a leading destination for technology, AI, and Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
