A site review of the near-completion facility was conducted by Technopark CEO Shri Sandip Kumar, IAS, along with CTO Shri Madhavan Praveen. The visit included a detailed walkthrough by the TCS leadership team, providing insights into the building’s design, functional layout, and readiness status. The project, with a built-up area of approximately 600,000 sq. ft. in its Phase I development, has been planned to accommodate a scalable and high-performance IT workspace. The facility is designed in line with contemporary standards for large-format technology campuses, integrating efficient space utilization, building services, and operational infrastructure. Upon completion, expected by July 2026, the campus is projected to support a workforce of around 6,000 IT professionals. This development is a key component of the Integrated IT City initiative at Technocity and is expected to substantially enhance the region’s capacity for technology-driven employment and investment.
