Technopark has entered into a strategic partnership with HiLITE Group to launch a landmark IT infrastructure project at its Phase III campus - the Group’s first IT Park initiative in the capital city.
The MoU for ‘Yoo Hub Trivandrum by HiLITE’ was exchanged by Shri Sandip Kumar, IAS, CEO, Technopark, and Shri Ajil Muhammed, CEO, HiLITE Group, in the presence of Seeram Sambasiva Rao, IAS, Special Secretary, Department of Electronics & IT, Government of Kerala, and Officer on Special Duty to the Hon’ble Chief Minister, along with other senior officials from Technopark.

• Configuration: Basement + Ground + 16 Floors
• Employment Potential: ~4,000 direct IT jobs
• Timeline: Expected completion within 3 years
Developed in association with YOO, the internationally renowned design-led real estate brand, this marks YOO’s first branded IT Park collaboration globally, setting a new benchmark in scale, quality, and vision for Kerala’s IT infrastructure ecosystem.
The project aligns with HiLITE Group’s ambitious vision to develop 50 million sq. ft. across Kerala by 2030 and further strengthens Thiruvananthapuram’s position as a preferred destination for next-generation IT investments.
