Technopark has launched the implementation of a comprehensive Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system across its campuses to enable standardised, digital and data-driven infrastructure maintenance.
The project was formally inaugurated by Col. Sanjeev Nair (Retd.), Chief Executive Officer, Technopark, on 08 January 2026 at Park Centre and is implemented by Exacore IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
The EAM system is being implemented on Oracle’s enterprise maintenance platform, providing a unified digital framework for managing engineering assets across all campuses. The platform digitally consolidates critical assets such as electrical substations, central HVAC and chiller plants, water and sewage systems, diesel generator sets, elevators, fire protection systems and other core utilities.
The system supports rule-based preventive maintenance, automated work order generation, shutdown planning, maintenance history tracking, inventory and spare parts management, vendor-linked service workflows and real-time monitoring of asset performance, ensuring consistent maintenance operations.
The implementation also establishes a common maintenance governance framework with geo-tagged asset mapping and complete lifecycle records, enabling accurate asset identification, faster response times, location-based planning, compliance documentation, audit trails, budgeting, performance dashboards and tracking of key reliability indicators including MTTR and MTBF.
