Thiruvananthapuram, Aug.19: Technopark today conducted a workshop for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on NSE listing process to help them tap the possibilities of raising capital from the stock market to scale up business.
Technopark CEO Col Sanjeev Nair (Retd) inaugurated the workshop, titled ‘An Unconventional Path to Business Growth – SME Listing Simplified,’ organized in association with Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) – Trivandrum Chapter and National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).
Chartered Accountant Shri Nikhil R Kumar, Chairman, ICAI, Trivandrum Chapter, welcomed the gathering and Shri Vasanth Varada, Deputy Vice President (Marketing & Customer Relationship), Technopark, proposed a vote of thanks.
The event, conducted as part of the 35th anniversary celebrations of Technopark, featured domain experts, who gave valuable insights on topics like SME listing journey, from pre-listing preparation to unlocking post-listing opportunities. They also made presentations on the capital market entry and securing funds.
Besides, the workshop provided a comprehensive understanding to the participants on the complete NSE emerge listing process, from eligibility to approval and boosting credibility, visibility and growth potential.
Chartered Accountant Shri Ranjit Karthikeyan M R spoke about ‘Pre-Listing Readiness,’ Merchant Banker Shri S. Ramakrishna Iyengar on ‘Listing Process & Roadmap, ’and NSE representative Shri Himanshu S on ‘Gateway to Growth: Opportunities after Listing’. A panel session on ‘Is Listing the Right Step for My SME?’ was also part of the event.
