Technopark hosted a roundtable titled ‘Quantum Horizons’ on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at O by Tamara from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, bringing together global experts and industry leaders visiting the city. The discussions focused on emerging areas including Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, Governance and Workforce Transformation.
Global experts who participated included Dr. May Siksik, CEO, Innovation Network Global, Canada; Dr. Joseph Niemela, Scientist Emeritus, ICTP–UNESCO; Dr. Gordon Harling, President & CEO, CMC Microsystems; Dr. Gregory Carpenter, DrPH, FRSA, Principal Partner, CW PENSEC; and Ms. Sobhanna Jaya Madhavan, Co-President, BC-India Business Network.

The visiting delegation was briefed on India’s first IT park, Kerala’s IT ecosystem and emerging opportunities by Mr. Vasanth Varada, Deputy Vice President (Marketing & Customer Relationship), Technopark.
