A site inspection of the upcoming QUAD IT Building at Technopark was conducted under the leadership of CEO Shri Sandip Kumar, IAS, who actively engaged with the engineering and project teams on-site.
The visit was attended by CTO Shri Madhavan Praveen along with project team members Susmitha, Jethin, and Manu. The inspection was carried out in coordination with representatives from CCCL (contractor) and CP Kukreja Architects, ensuring alignment across design, execution, and quality parameters. The review focused on construction progress, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with technical specifications and standards. The QUAD IT Building project has been advancing steadily, achieving key milestones since commencement, and is poised to play a critical role in strengthening Kerala’s IT infrastructure ecosystem.
