Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the sales and adoption of our Android application designed to run on vehicle infotainment systems.
The candidate will be responsible for introducing the application to automotive OEMs, identifying relevant vehicle programs, engaging with infotainment and software decision-makers, and converting opportunities into commercial agreements.
The role involves selling an automotive software product rather than primarily selling software development services. The candidate will lead product demonstrations, customer discovery, commercial negotiations, pilot programs, product licensing discussions, and coordination with OEM engineering teams to progress the application toward production deployment.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling automotive technology products or software solutions to vehicle manufacturers, with an understanding of automotive infotainment systems, Android Automotive OS (AAOS), OEM procurement processes, and automotive product development cycles.

- Track product nomination, design-win, launch, and deployment milestones.
Commercial Strategy and Contract Negotiation
- Develop commercial proposals, pricing structures, and licensing models for OEM customers.
- Negotiate product licensing, per-vehicle royalties, annual license fees, volume-based pricing, or other approved commercial models.
- Develop business cases based on vehicle production volumes, deployment scope, and customer value.
- Coordinate commercial agreements, statements of work, evaluation agreements, and licensing terms with internal legal and finance teams.
