Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
IGNOSI Enterprises LLP is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & R&D Coordinator with experience in the banking and financial services industry, particularly NBFCs.
Key Responsibilities

R&D Coordination: Manage R&D activities, coordinate innovative ideas, and oversee their implementation in existing software products.

Development Team Management: Coordinate with developers and existing customers, schedule tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.

Customer Coordination: Understand customer requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and facilitate effective communication between customers and the development team.

Business Development: Identify new marketing opportunities across India, with a primary focus on NBFCs and financial institutions.

Sales Team Development: Build, coordinate, and manage a sales network across Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

Target Achievement: Drive business growth, monitor sales performance, and achieve assigned sales targets under pressure.
Preferred Skills

Experience in the banking, NBFC, or financial services industry is essential.

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in banking software or financial technology (FinTech).

Strong coordination, communication, planning, and team management skills.

Ability to handle sales pressure and work towards challenging targets.

Capability to develop market opportunities and build an effective sales team across multiple locations.

Compensation
₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
