Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced NetScaler Engineer L3 to manage, maintain, and enhance Citrix NetScaler infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for environment setup, infrastructure monitoring, performance optimization, security compliance, upgrades, and troubleshooting across production and pre-production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Citrix NetScaler infrastructure, including environment setup, maintenance, and upgrades.

• Perform SSL certificate management, Content Switching, Load Balancing, and Web Application Firewall (WAF) configuration.

• Configure and troubleshoot NetScaler policies, including IP Reputation and redirection policies.

• Manage NetScaler network topology and support infrastructure architecture improvements.

• Perform patch management, vulnerability remediation, and security compliance activities.

• Monitor middleware infrastructure and ensure high availability and optimal performance.

• Coordinate with project managers, application teams, and technical stakeholders for upgrades, releases, and infrastructure changes.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support root cause analysis.

• Develop automation scripts using Linux Shell scripting, Python, and other relevant scripting languages.

• Maintain technical documentation, implementation procedures, operational guidelines, and incident reports.

• Support production and pre-production environments across multiple geographical locations.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler / Citrix ADC.

• NetScaler SSL certificate management.

• Content Switching and Load Balancing.

• Web Application Firewall (WAF).

• NetScaler policies, including IP Reputation and URL redirection.

• NetScaler network topology and troubleshooting.

• NetScaler upgrades, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.

• Infrastructure monitoring, performance tuning, and incident management.

• Linux administration and Shell scripting; Python scripting knowledge is desirable.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 8–10 years of relevant infrastructure and NetScaler experience.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Experience supporting production environments and critical infrastructure.

• Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
