Brief Description
We are seeking a junior ASP.NET Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using ASP.NET MVC and .Net Core.
- Develop, test, and deploy ASP.NET MVC applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
- Debug and resolve software issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
- Maintain and improve existing applications, identifying areas for optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and ASP.NET best practices.
- Document code and technical designs for future reference.
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for applications in production.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of C# programming language.
- Experience in software development, with .NET Core.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Basic experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap.
- Understanding of relational databases, Entity Framework, and ORM tools (Dapper).
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to project requirements.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
- Exposure to RESTful APIs and Web Services.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure.
