Brief Description

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath to design, develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong automation skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to identify opportunities to automate repetitive business processes.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Develop and maintain automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
  • Work with UiPath Orchestrator for bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and exception handling.
  • Integrate automation workflows with web applications, desktop applications, Excel, databases, and other business systems.
  • Implement error handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and exception management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation workflows.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, process owners, and technical teams to understand automation requirements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, process design documents, and solution design documents.
  • Follow coding standards, best practices, and version control procedures.
  • Support production deployments and provide ongoing maintenance for automated processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development using UiPath.
  • Proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Robot.
  • Strong knowledge of UiPath activities, workflow design, selectors, variables, arguments, and data manipulation.
  • Experience with web and desktop application automation.
  • Good knowledge of Excel automation, including data extraction, processing, and report generation.
  • Experience in exception handling, debugging, logging, and workflow optimization.
  • Basic programming knowledge in VB.NET or C#.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database operations.
  • Understanding of REFramework and reusable workflow development.
  • Knowledge of debugging, testing, deployment, and production support practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

 
  • UiPath Advanced Developer certification or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with API integration, JSON, and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control tools.
  • Exposure to document processing, OCR, AI Center, or Intelligent Document Processing.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
