We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Client Relationship Executive with 2+ years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in online bidding, proposal preparation, lead generation, and client relationshipmanagement. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with a good understanding of software development concepts and technical terminology, are essential. The role involvesidentifying business opportunities, coordinating with technical teams, and engaging with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business opportunities through online bidding platforms and other
  lead generation channels.
• Prepare, customize, and submit proposals, bids, and RFP responses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to develop
  suitable solutions.
• Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities.
• Create presentations, capability documents, and other pre-sales materials.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication throughout
  the sales process.
