About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Project Lead with hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications.
The ideal candidate will combine strong full-stack development skills with technical leadership, team coordination, solution design, and project execution capabilities. The role involves working closely with business analysts, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive, reusable, and scalable user interfaces using React.js.
- Design application architecture, define technical standards, and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain microservices-based applications and integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
- Conduct code reviews, identify technical risks, and ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Break down requirements into development tasks, estimate effort, assign work, and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure effective unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Work with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and production releases.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support root cause analysis and resolution.
- Monitor project progress, manage technical dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Mentor team members, encourage knowledge sharing, and promote continuous technical improvement.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Technical Skills
- Backend: Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and RESTful API development.
- Frontend: Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- State Management: Practical experience with Redux and Redux-Saga for application state management and asynchronous operations.
- Architecture: Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, design patterns, and scalable application architecture.
- Database: Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, knowledge of SQL and query optimization.
- Version Control: Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Build & Deployment: Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment.
- Security: Understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and secure coding practices.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of overall software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Prior experience leading a development team or serving as a technical lead is preferred.
- Experience delivering enterprise applications using REST APIs, microservices, and relational databases.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, containerization, and automated deployment processes will be an added advantage.
