Our software solutions which include an enterprise messaging management system, a SWIFT certified transaction processing system, a post trade processing application and a treasury management system are used by different Financial Institutions and Corporates all over the world.
Job Title: Sr. Java Developer / Implementation Engineer
Location: Trivandrum
Experience: 5-10 Years
Preferred Skills
• Must have over 5 years of experience in Java
• Must be proficient in microservices architecture
• Must have a good understanding of Java, J2EE, OOPs design skills and understanding of design patterns including Spring, Spring Boot
• Need a Good understanding of jQuery / HTML / CSS / Javascript
• Must be a subject matter expert capable of proposing the right technology solutions to the Project Managers and clients
• Experience in managing complex projects with a high level of technical complexity
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana).
• Strong understanding of technical integrations, APIs, and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to maintain strong client relationships, manage client expectations, and communicate effectively.
• Skilled at identifying issues, assessing potential risks, and implementing effective solutions.
• Must be updated on the latest technological advancements and versions
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be willing to work in flexible shifts, client-specific shifts, to support global clients across different time zones and meet business requirements.
