Responsibilities:
- Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks.
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with senior developers and project teams to build, test, and deploy applications.
- Work with AI-powered applications and features as part of real-world development projects.
- Gain hands-on experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Work with AI models, model APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and AI application workflows.
- Gain practical exposure to custom AI/model training and fine-tuning techniques under guidance.
- Integrate AI capabilities into web and mobile applications.
- Learn and implement best coding practices, AI development practices, and modern development methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and debug software and AI-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in full-stack development and AI technologies.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in full-stack development through academic projects, internships, or personal projects.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Basic understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, or Python.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
- Willingness to learn and work with RAG, LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and custom model training.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- No prior professional AI experience is required; structured training and hands-on project exposure will be provided.
