Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up on outstanding claims and accounts receivable (AR).
• Obtain payment details and updates on processed claims.
• Identify and analyze denied or rejected claims and determine the appropriate next steps.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate professionally with insurance representatives.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Support the overall Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
Preferred Skills
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of US Healthcare, Medical Billing, and RCM processes.
• Ability to handle insurance calls and claim follow-ups effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
