Brief Description

Alzone Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee IT service projects from initiation through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, resource allocation, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and established quality standards.

The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Initiation

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

  • Identify potential risks and establish mitigation plans.

Resource and Team Management

  • Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project efficiency.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support project execution.

  • Monitor resource utilization and optimize team productivity.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, issues, and deliverables.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication across teams.

Risk and Issue Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may affect project timelines or deliverables.

  • Resolve project issues proactively and implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical project dependencies.

Project Execution and Monitoring

  • Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to approved plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Track project performance using relevant metrics and project management tools.

  • Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and client expectations.

Project Closure and Continuous Improvement

  • Manage project closure, documentation, handover, and stakeholder sign-off.

  • Conduct project reviews to identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities.

  • Prepare project reports and communicate outcomes to management and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 7–10 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in project management.

  • Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery management.

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • PMP or an equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
