Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday

Language Requirement

- Kannada speaking ability is mandatory.
- Malayalam speaking fluency is also required.
- Malayalam will be the main working language.
- Candidates without Kannada speaking ability need not apply.

Job Responsibilities

- Customer support through Phone & WhatsApp
- Sales follow-up and new client acquisition
- Client communication and relationship management
- Independently handle assigned sales/support activities
-Manage and supervise all Customer Care Executives, ensuring effective team performance and high standards of customer service.

Salary: A decent salary package will be offered based on interview performance, communication skills and experience.

Probation: 3 Months
Performance-based increment after probation.
