The role focuses on extracting data through available OFS APIs and interfaces, transforming and consolidating it into a structured reporting data warehouse, and developing operational reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Analyze OFS data structures, REST APIs, XML interfaces, and available data extraction mechanisms.

Develop automated data extraction, transformation, and synchronization processes.

Develop Power BI dashboards, KPIs, operational reports, and analytical insights.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, historical tracking, and reporting performance.

Collaborate with OFS functional specialists to identify available data, API limitations, and suitable integration approaches.

Assess the feasibility of embedding dashboards or using OFS plugins where required, based on supported capabilities.

 

Mandatory Skills & Experience

 

Strong SQL and relational database development experience.

Hands-on experience with data warehouse design, ETL/ELT, and data modeling.

Experience developing ETL/ELT processes and automated data extraction.

Strong Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development.

Working knowledge of Oracle Field Service, its data structures, APIs, and technical limitations.

Understanding of field service operational processes and reporting requirements.
