Brief Description
Manage and enhance reporting solutions for Oracle Field Service (OFS), ensuring compatibility with new releases such as OFS 26C.
Review business processes, forms, and workflows, manage daily data extracts, and develop operational dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review OFS updates and assess impact on existing integrations.
• Analyze OFS forms, workflows, and data flows.
• Manage daily data extraction and reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Support users with reporting requirements and enhancements.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in Oracle Field Service (OFS).
• Experience with OFS data extracts, APIs, and integrations.
• SQL and data analysis expertise.
• Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Understanding of field service business processes.
