Brief Description
The Telecalling Executive Trainee is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing the company's products and services, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have strong communication skills, confidence in speaking with clients, and an interest in sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Telecalling
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the assigned database.
- Introduce the company's products and services professionally.
- Understand client requirements and qualify potential leads.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls with interested prospects.
- Handle basic client queries and provide accurate information.
Lead Management
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and meeting schedules.
- Update CRM or Excel sheets with lead details and call outcomes.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients.
- Meet daily calling and follow-up targets.
Coordination
- Coordinate with the Business Development team regarding qualified leads and scheduled meetings.
- Share client feedback and market insights with the team.
- Perform other telecalling-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
