Responsible for analysing requirements, designing and executing test plans, and validating software solutions across the full testing lifecycle. The role supports QA data and systems used in auditing and program operations and works across front-end, backend, database, and automation testing contexts under general supervision.

Key Responsibilities
 Ensure software products and systems meet organizational quality standards and end‑user requirements.
 Analyse business, functional, and technical requirements for completeness and testability.
 Design, write, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts using prescribed standards and formats.
 Perform manual and automated testing across UI, API, backend, database, website, and mobile applications.
 Document expected and unexpected results, defects, and validations, and support defect resolution activities.
 Analyse test results and support the review of test plans and execution documentation.
 Define and maintain master test plans that document overall testing strategy.
 Establish and maintain automated test solutions and execute complex test scenarios as needed.
 Perform workflow analysis and recommend quality and process improvements.
 Participate in reviews and evaluations of QA tools, methodologies, and services for applicability to business needs.
 Collaborate closely with business partners and stakeholders to maintain a strong focus on quality throughout delivery.
 Perform additional reasonable tasks as agreed with the line manager.
