About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Process Coach to join our dynamic team at Prochant. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and a passion for coaching, training, and developing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging training and coaching sessions for new hires and existing employees on RCM processes, tools, and best practices.
- Design, develop, and update training materials, process documents, and assessments.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs, skill gaps, and coaching opportunities.
- Provide ongoing floor support for process clarifications and performance enhancement.
- Maintain accurate training and coaching records and performance reports.

Preferred Skills
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (US Healthcare).
- Strong knowledge in billing, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple batches and deliver impactful coaching/training sessions.
- Prior experience as a Process Coach or RCM Trainer is highly preferred
