- Identify gaps, dependencies, assumptions, constraints, and potential risks.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements.
2. Business Process Analysis
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Develop process maps, workflows, use cases, and business scenarios.
- Support business process re-engineering and digital transformation initiatives.
