Job Summary
Brief Description
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and user-focused UI/UX Engineer to design intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UX research, interaction design, information architecture, usability principles, and modern UI design, along with the ability to collaborate closely with product managers, developers, business teams, and other stakeholders.

Certification: Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) UX Certification or equivalent
Candidates with NN/g UX Certification or an equivalent recognized UX certification will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
UX Research & Analysis
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
- Understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
- Develop user personas, user journeys, empathy maps, task flows, and experience maps.
UI/UX Design
- Design intuitive and responsive interfaces for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop information architecture, navigation structures, and interaction flows.
- Apply established UX principles, design patterns, and accessibility standards.
- Create and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.

Prototyping & Validation
- Develop interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into subsequent design iterations.
- Validate designs with users and stakeholders before development.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
