Brief Description

Key Responsibilities
 Administer and support CyberArk PAM solutions and privileged accounts.
 Manage privileged account onboarding, modification and de-provisioning.
 Work with CyberArk components such as PVWA, CPM, PSM, Vault and Safes.
 Implement and maintain privileged access policies and controls.
 Support IAM governance and access-management processes.
 Perform user and privileged-access reviews and access certifications.
 Support Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes.
 Manage access provisioning and de-provisioning in accordance with approved policies.
 Ensure appropriate Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and least-privilege principles.
 Investigate and resolve IAM/PAM access-related incidents and requests.
 Support internal/external audit and compliance activities.
 Maintain appropriate documentation, procedures and access records.
 Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Application and IT Operations teams.
 Follow security policies, change-management processes and operational procedures.

Preferred Skills

Mandatory Skills
 2.5–3+ years of experience in IAM / PAM.
 Hands-on experience with CyberArk.
 Understanding of IAM Governance and Access Management.
 Experience with privileged account management.
 Good understanding of access provisioning, de-provisioning and access reviews.
 Knowledge of RBAC, least privilege and access-control principles.
 Exposure to Active Directory / LDAP.
 Good troubleshooting and incident-management skills.
 Ability to work onsite in Dubai.
 Candidate should be available with a maximum 1-month notice period.
Preferred / Advantageous
 Banking / Financial Services experience – highly preferred.
 Experience working in a regulated enterprise environment.
 CyberArk certification.
 Experience with CyberArk Privilege Cloud.

 Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD exposure.
 SSO / MFA experience.
 Knowledge of SAML, OAuth or OIDC.
 Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
 Exposure to cloud IAM environments.
