Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our IT Risk Advisory practice as an Assistant Manager. The role involves leading engagements across Business Continuity Management (BCM), compliance assessments, policies and procedure development/review, and internal audits for IT General Controls (ITGC). The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of both local regulatory frameworks (NESA, CBUAE, UAE PDPL, Oman CSRF, ADHICS) and international standards (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, COBIT).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT Risk Advisory engagements across multiple domains, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Oversee compliance assessments against regulatory frameworks (e.g., NESA, CBUAE, Oman CSRF, UAE PDPL) and international standards (ISO 27001, ISO 22301).
- Design, review, and enhance IT and IS policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance requirements.
- Conduct and supervise internal audits of IT General Controls (ITGC) and provide actionable recommendations for remediation.
- Lead Business Continuity Management (BCM) assessments and implementations, including development of BCP/DR strategies and testing exercises.
- Provide thought leadership on regulatory and industry developments, ensuring clients are prepared for evolving compliance requirements.
- Manage client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and identify opportunities for value-added services.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior consultants, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and career growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and workshops for senior stakeholders and boards.
