JD for Solution / Enterprise Architect– .NET from 16-22 years
Job Summary
We are looking for a Solution / Enterprise Architect – Java who will lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise-grade platforms.
The role involves driving cloud-native architecture, microservices transformation, AI enablement, and high-availability systems
for large-scale applications such as loan management systems.
The architect will play a key role in technology strategy, system scalability, security, DR readiness, and innovation initiatives,
working closely with business, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
- Define and implement enterprise architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
- Lead microservices-based architecture design, including API-first and event-driven systems
- Design cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure/OCI with high availability and resilience
- Establish integration patterns (REST, gRPC, event streaming, SQS/Kafka)
Cloud, DevOps & Reliability
- Architect and implement:
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Containerization (Docker) & orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Drive zero-downtime deployment strategies (Blue-Green / Canary)
- Ensure DR/HA architecture (RTO/RPO compliance, failover strategies)
- Implement observability (logging, monitoring, tracing)
AI / ML & Modern Capabilities (New Requirement)
- Drive adoption of AI/ML solutions (LLMs, RAG, Computer Vision) in enterprise systems
- Evaluate and integrate tools like:
- LLM APIs, AI agents, automation platforms
- Ensure secure AI adoption with governance, PII protection, and compliance
- Identify use cases for:
- Automation
- Document processing
- Decision-support systems
Application & Backend Architecture
- Lead design using:
- Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch , .NET
- Implement:
- API Gateway, Service Registry, Distributed Cache (Redis)
- Design high-throughput systems with messaging (RabbitMQ/Kafka)
Data & Integration
- Strong experience in:
- MSSQL / Oracle / PostgreSQL
- Complex SQL queries, stored procedures
- Design:
- Data models
- Data pipelines (batch & streaming)
- Handle third-party integrations (APIs, DMS, external vendors)
Security & Compliance
- Ensure enterprise security standards:
- OAuth2, SSO, API security
- Drive compliance with:
- RBI / NBFC regulations
- Data privacy & PII protection
- Conduct architecture reviews, VAPT readiness
Leadership & Governance
- Lead and mentor engineering teams
- Drive technical decision-making & code quality standards
- Collaborate with:
- Product owners
- Business stakeholders
- Infra & DevOps teams
- Own end-to-end delivery & architecture governance
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / MCA (Preferred: Tier-1 institutes)
Experience & Skills
Experience
- 16–22 years of overall experience in software development
- Minimum 5–8 years in Architecture / Senior Technical Leadership roles
- Experience in handling large-scale enterprise systems
