Title: MDM Developer–Syndigo MDM (Riversand)
Location : Remote
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong expertise in Syndigo MDM (formerly Riversand MDM) to lead enterprise Master Data Management initiatives. This is an offshore role requiring alignment with US business hours and collaboration with US-based teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical and functional expertise in MDM architecture, API integrations, data governance, data warehousing, and enterprise cloud integrations. The candidate should be capable of leading implementations, driving architecture decisions, collaborating across business and technical teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and trusted master data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Work as a Lead Developer on the Syndigo MDM (formerly Riversand MDM) platform.
• Provide comprehensive application functionality, configuration, customization, and support expertise for enterprise software solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, technical experts, functional teams, and software vendors on:
o Solution requirements
o Architecture and design
o Configuration and customization
o Functionality gap analysis and resolution
o Implementation, maintenance, support, and enhancements
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Master Data Management (MDM) with hands-on expertise in:
o Syndigo/Riversand MDM development
o Deployment and implementation
o API integrations
o Integration with ERP systems and enterprise data sources
• Ability to quickly understand existing environments and hit the ground running.
• Interpret and manage:
o Raw data
o Data snapshots
o Incremental datasets
o Encrypted data
o Master data structures
• Lead architecture and design initiatives involving:
o Master Data Management solutions
o Data Lakes
o Data Vault architecture
• Utilize data science methodologies including:
o Descriptive analytics
o Predictive analytics
o Diagnostic analytics
o Prescriptive analytics
• Define secure, governed, and trusted enterprise data models.
• Demonstrate exceptional data warehousing expertise with proven experience in:
o Enterprise data modeling
o Designing scalable data solutions from scratch
o Client-specific data architecture implementations
• Act as a liaison between:
o Technical teams
o Functional teams
o Business stakeholders
o Third-party vendors
• Drive successful implementations and solution delivery.
• Own architectural and design deliverables from project initiation through sign-off.
• Review code, configurations, and implementation deliverables to ensure adherence to enterprise standards and best practices.
• Recommend optimal solutions leveraging deep understanding of the MDM ecosystem and enterprise architecture.
• Lead and support enterprise CRM cloud and API integration initiatives.
• Participate in production support, issue resolution, and performance optimization activities.
• Collaborate effectively with distributed global teams while working during US business hours.
