Job Description:
Position: Associate
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Trivandrum (work from office)
Your Roles:
You will be supporting our team in IT based business process management, data capturing projects and business development activity in Utility sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Digitization of manual data. and process business transactions using tools.
- Market research & Market development supportCapture and verify data accurately.
- Review and process documents as per requirements.
- Use MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Ms teams and other computer applications.
- Follow company processes and work instructions.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.
- Check work for accuracy and report errors when identified.
- Maintain proper records and documentation.
- Coordinate with team members when required.
- Learn new processes and systems quickly.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Preferred Skills
- Graduate in Science /Engineering (civil, chemical)
- 1–2 years of experience in BPO/BPM, market research in Utility sector
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
- Good computer proficiency.
- Hands on knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexible to work in rotational shift.
- German language / fluency in regional language(Hindi, Tamil, etc) knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Must be a good Team player and ability to complete tasks on time and quality
- Ability to learn quickly on own initiative in the relevant industry specific processes
