Lead manual and automation testing activities across multiple projects and releases.
Define test strategies, test plans, estimations, and execution schedules.
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts using Selenium and Playwright with C#.
Perform REST API testing and automation, including integration and validation testing.
Execute database testing and backend validation using SQL queries.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables.
Track defects, manage test execution, and provide quality status reports.
Identify quality risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive mitigation plans.
Mentor QA engineers and promote testing best practices.
Support CI/CD processes and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines.

5-10 years of experience in software testing with QA leadership responsibilities.
Strong expertise in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
Hands-on experience with C#, Selenium, and Playwright automation frameworks.
Experience in REST API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of Database Testing and SQL.
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent test strategy, planning, estimation, and reporting skills.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.
Proven experience mentoring QA teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
