Install, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows operating systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security to ensure smooth operations.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system maintenance activities.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine health checks.
Diagnose and resolve server, workstation, and basic network-related issues.
Maintain system documentation and support operational best practices.

Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows system administration.
Hands-on experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
Experience with server installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Understanding of system monitoring, security, and performance optimization.
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN concepts).
Familiarity with user access management and system patching.
RHCSA, RHCE, Microsoft Certified, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Kerala candidates preferred.
