Our software solutions which include an enterprise messaging management system, a SWIFT certified transaction processing system, a post trade processing application and a treasury management system are used by different Financial Institutions and Corporates all over the world.
ECS Fin is looking for Solution Analysts/ Senior Solution Analysts
Location: Trivandrum

Experience Level: 2-3 years
Preferred Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Application Support, Solution Analysis, or Software Implementation.
- Basic knowledge of Java to analyse application logs, understand transformation logic, and assist in troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) for data analysis and issue investigation.
- Familiarity with application servers such as Oracle WebLogic or Apache Tomcat.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as JIRA, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer support skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 Technical Support by monitoring, logging, analysing, and resolving customer-reported issues.
- Perform initial troubleshooting using application logs, SQL queries, and system diagnostics.
- Investigate Java-based transformation and messaging issues, identifying root causes wherever possible.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2 Support or Development teams with complete technical analysis and supporting evidence.
- Coordinate with customers to gather issue details, reproduce reported problems, and communicate resolution progress.
- Monitor application health, scheduled jobs, interfaces, and system alerts to ensure smooth system operations.
- Document incidents, workarounds, known issues, and standard support procedures.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and production release support.
