Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Python Lead to lead backend development and automation initiatives using Python.
The candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, application architecture, API development, automation, integration, code quality, and mentoring developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Python-based applications.
- Develop scalable and maintainable backend services.
- Design and develop REST APIs.
- Integrate applications with internal and external systems.
- Develop automation solutions using Python and Ansible.
- Work with network protocols and network-related integrations.
- Review technical requirements and prepare appropriate solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Identify performance and scalability improvements.
- Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues.
- Lead technical discussions with development teams.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Coordinate with DevOps and infrastructure teams.
- Support application deployment and production troubleshooting.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure development follows security, quality, and maintainability standards.
