Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in .NET, Microsoft Azure, and Microservices architecture to join our project team on a contract basis.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable backend applications and APIs. The role requires strong technical ownership, architectural understanding, troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to work independently on project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend applications using .NET technologies.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Design and implement microservices-based architectures.
- Develop secure and high-performance server-side applications.
- Work with Microsoft Azure services for application deployment and infrastructure integration.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into robust backend solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production and application-level issues.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and project stakeholders.
- Participate in system design and technical architecture discussions.
- Maintain technical documentation related to backend services and architecture.
- Support deployment, production troubleshooting, and post-release activities.
- Ensure security, maintainability, and scalability of developed solutions.
