Role: Senior DevOps Engineer
We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and operate the infrastructure, pipelines, and tooling that let our engineering teams ship quickly and safely. You'll own CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and observability end to end - treating infrastructure as code and making reliable, repeatable deployments the default.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate build, test, and deployment across services (Jenkins or equivalent)
- Manage containerized workloads with Docker and orchestration, standardizing how services are packaged and deployed
- Provision and manage infrastructure as code (Terraform or equivalent) for consistent, repeatable environments
- Build and operate the observability stack (ELK, metrics, tracing, alerting) to give teams visibility into production
- Administer and harden Linux systems, and automate configuration, patching, and routine operations
- Optimize database operations (MySQL/MongoDB) for reliability, backups, and performance
- Support messaging infrastructure such as Kafka, including deployment, monitoring, and operational tuning
- Improve deployment safety with automated rollbacks, blue/green or canary releases, and environment parity
- Partner with development teams to embed DevOps practices and reduce lead time from commit to production
- Participate in the on-call rotation and drive root-cause fixes for infrastructure and deployment issues
