Role: Full Stack Technical Lead
We're looking for a Full Stack Technical Lead to own end-to-end delivery of web application features while leading and growing a squad of engineers. You'll split your time between hands-on development, technical direction, and people leadership - shipping production code while making sure the team around you ships well too.
Responsibilities
- Lead a squad of engineers through the full delivery cycle: design, implementation, review, release, and support
- Design and build end-to-end features across backend services and front-end applications
- Own technical decisions for your squad - architecture, tech stack choices, and quality standards
- Drive adoption of AI-accelerated development practices (Claude, Cursor) across the team, including prompting patterns, code review workflows, and guardrails
- Run agile ceremonies: sprint planning, estimation, standups, retrospectives
- Conduct code reviews and mentor mid-level and junior engineers
- Partner with Product and Design to scope work, break down epics, and manage delivery commitments
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause fixes
