Omnichannel Marketing Specialist (B2C)
Location: Trivandrum

We're looking for a data-driven Omnichannel Marketing Specialist to help scale our B2C product growth through impactful lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS/RCS, and WhatsApp.
If you have hands-on experience with Netcore, enjoy building automated workflows across multiple channels, and love experimenting with A/B testing, segmentation, and customer journeys, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Build and optimize automated omnichannel flows (welcome, abandoned cart, lifecycle campaigns) across email, SMS/RCS, and WhatsApp using Netcore's automation and journey builder
- Drive customer engagement and retention through personalized, channel-optimized campaigns
- Design and execute WhatsApp Business API campaigns, including template messaging, chatbots, and conversational journeys
- Leverage SMS/RCS for time-sensitive and high-engagement use cases, ensuring the right message reaches the right channel at the right time
- Perform A/B testing and performance optimization across all channels
- Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and experience across touchpoints
