Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive with 4–5 years of experience in Finance and Accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, statutory compliance, payroll processing, taxation, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role requires strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll management, and overall financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis
•Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
•Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances.
•Support management with financial planning and decision-making.
•Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards. - Accounting & Financial Reporting
•Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger.
•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
•Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
•Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities. - Statutory Compliance
•Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory regulations.
•Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external audits.
•Maintain compliance-related documentation and records. - Taxation (GST & TDS)
•Prepare and file GST returns within statutory timelines.
•Reconcile GST input/output tax and resolve discrepancies.
•Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS as per applicable regulations.
•Ensure timely filing of TDS returns and issuance of certificates. - Payroll Management
•Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
•Verify attendance, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
•Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other payroll-related statutory requirements.
•Coordinate with HR for payroll inputs and employee queries. - Financial Controls
•Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
•Ensure adherence to financial policies and internal controls.
•Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
