We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Testing Trainee / QA Fresher to join our Quality Assurance team. The candidate will assist in testing software applications, preparing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and supporting the QA team throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with basic knowledge of software testing who are interested in building a career in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand software requirements and assist in identifying testing requirements.
- Learn and follow the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform basic functional and non-functional testing.
- Perform regression testing after new features or bug fixes.
- Identify, document, and report software defects to the development team.
- Verify that reported defects have been fixed.
- Assist in maintaining test documentation and test reports.
- Participate in requirement discussions and QA team meetings.
- Perform basic boundary value analysis and equivalence class partitioning.
- Support the QA team in ensuring software meets business and user requirements.
- Learn and use testing tools and processes followed by the organization.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve testing issues.
