About the Role
Tricta is looking for an experienced AI / Solutions Architect to design and lead the technical strategy for AI-driven solutions across our product and client engagements. You will bridge business requirements with scalable, production-ready AI architectures — working closely with engineering, data science, product, and client stakeholders to translate complex problems into robust technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end AI/ML solution architectures, including data pipelines, model training/serving infrastructure, and integration with existing systems.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML frameworks, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and LLM/generative AI platforms based on business needs.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with clients or internal stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable architectures.
- Architect and oversee implementation of RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, fine-tuning, and MLOps practices.
- Ensure solutions meet standards for scalability, security, cost-efficiency, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with data engineers and ML engineers to define data architecture and model deployment strategies.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution blueprints.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies (LLMs, vector databases, agent frameworks, etc.) and evaluate their fit for business use cases.
- Support pre-sales/solutioning efforts by contributing to proposals, POCs, and technical presentations (if client-facing).
