Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Lead to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET, Microservices, PostgreSQL, and Cloud technologies, along with proven experience in leading development teams and delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software developers and provide technical guidance.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET technologies.
Design and implement Microservices-based architectures.
Develop and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL.
Design, deploy, and manage applications on Cloud platforms.
Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
Participate in system design, architecture decisions, and technical planning.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with .NET / ASP.NET Core.
Good understanding of Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design.
Experience with Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. or any dedicated linux server
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
Experience with Git and modern CI/CD practices.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Good communication and team leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of professional software development experience, with relevant experience in a technical leadership role
