Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Angular and .NET Core (2-4 yrs). The ideal candidate should be able to take complete ownership of their tasks, solve blockers independently, and deliver reliable code with high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular and .NET Core.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules and tasks from requirements to delivery.
- Proactively communicate blockers, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions independently.
- Write clean, testable code and perform thorough code reviews/testing before submitting Pull Requests (PRs).
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and onshore teams.
- Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular (Frontend) and .NET Core (Backend).
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong task ownership.
- Good problem-solving mindset and proactiveness in handling blockers.
- Solid understanding of standard coding practices and quality assurance.
