About AI Best Practices (AIBP)
AI Best Practices (ai-best-practices.com) is a knowledge platform and toolset that helps enterprises benchmark and improve how they apply AI across their value chains. It pairs a content-rich Wiki — covering use cases, AI tools, ROI frameworks, and industry categorization — with Librarian, an AI-driven backend that curates, scores, and surfaces that content. The platform serves C-suite and VP-level decision-makers evaluating AI maturity, tooling, and vendor fit across industries.
AIBP is a product line built and operated by McFadyen Digital. This role contributes to the full-stack engineering of the AIBP web application portfolio (Wiki, Librarian, and the surrounding product surface), working closely with senior engineers and product stakeholders to build, test, and release high-quality features.
Job Description
Do you enjoy building modern web applications and using AI to make software development faster and better? Are you comfortable working with TypeScript, React, and Next.js? Do you enjoy turning requirements into working features and learning new tools and technologies along the way? Have you started using tools such as Claude Code or Claude.ai to help with coding, debugging, planning, or understanding code? If you enjoy working in a fast-moving environment and want to build AI-native products, then we want to talk to you!
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of fast-moving AI-native products. You will work across the frontend and backend, building features, APIs, database changes, tests, and integrations. You will work closely with senior engineers to understand requirements, break work into well-defined tasks, implement solutions, and ensure that your code is tested and production-ready.
AI is a first-class part of our development workflow. Claude (Claude Code and Claude.ai), along with other AI-assisted and agentic coding tools, is used for coding, debugging, planning, documentation, and improving development productivity. You will be expected to learn and use these tools responsibly while developing good judgment around reviewing and validating AI-generated code.
