We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React and PHP/Laravel to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development, be capable of independently handling assigned modules, and collaborate effectively with the development team to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality web applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, PHP, and Laravel.
* Analyze project requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
* Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
* Develop and maintain back-end applications, business logic, and RESTful APIs using PHP and Laravel.
* Integrate third-party APIs and services with web applications.
* Design, optimize, and manage MySQL databases, queries, relationships, and migrations.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve performance, security, and reliability.
* Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
* Write clean, secure, optimized, reusable, and well-documented code following development best practices.
* Participate in code reviews, team discussions, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
* Use Git/version control systems for source code management and collaborative development.
* Follow software development standards, security practices, and coding guidelines.
* Stay updated with the latest developments in React, Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in full-stack/web application development.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree / B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of PHP and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
* Hands-on experience with Laravel framework.
* Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript.
* Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
* Good understanding of MySQL and relational database design.
* Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
* Understanding of API authentication and integration mechanisms.
* Experience with Git or other version control systems.
* Ability to analyze problems and develop efficient and scalable solutions.
* Good understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with React Hooks, component-based architecture, and state management.
* Experience with Laravel API development and authentication mechanisms.
* Basic understanding of server deployment and hosting environments.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
* Knowledge of performance optimization, application security, and debugging techniques.
* Familiarity with modern development tools and build systems such as npm/Vite.
* Knowledge of any other JavaScript framework/library or PHP MVC framework is an added advantage.
