Brief Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Finance & Administration team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and assist with administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records.
- Record and process invoices, receipts, payments, purchase entries, and journal vouchers.
- Assist in bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and payment processing.
- Support the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents.
- Maintain financial documentation and ensure proper record management.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting audit requirements.
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative and accounting support as assigned by the management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.
