Manage and deliver software product and web application projects from initiation to completion.
Plan, coordinate, monitor, and control project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and business objectives.
Effectively allocate and manage project resources, timelines, and deliverables.
Conduct regular internal meetings with team leads and project members to track progress and resolve challenges.
Conduct regular client meetings to ensure effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and strong client relationships.
Identify project risks, provide timely solutions, and ensure smooth project execution.
Develop and implement best practices, processes, and tools for effective project management.
Foster collaboration and maintain strong communication across teams and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
6–8 years of proven experience in project management, preferably handling medium to large-scale projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in software product and web application projects is preferred.
