We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager cum BDE to oversee day-to-day business operations while driving business development and revenue growth. Experience in sales and business development in similar organisation is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day business operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.
